CSM uses the term Project Manager to define the role historically performed by a Superintendent. As the construction industry changes CSM feels that the term Project Manager better suits the role typically performed by a superintendent. That being said, CSM Group also feels that the term Project Director is a better definition for the role historically performed by a Project Manager. The Project Director role is set up to direct the project. The Project Manager role is set up to manage the project.

CSM Group is looking for experienced, energetic people for all areas in the organization. We have a potential need for Project Managers who have experience managing construction projects in manufacturing facilities and healthcare facilities. Candidates must be willing to travel and have experience with good manufacturing practices.
