Project Executive
Project Executives are industry experts with overall responsibility and
accountability to a client for project management at the strategic level. They
serve as the lead point of contact, involved from initial assessments, in the
course of bond and/or funding strategy planning, preconstruction activities,
into buyout throughout project closeout, and through the warranty period. Acting
on the owner’s behalf, the project executive interacts with and offers guidance
to the client project team on a regular basis. |
|
Project Director
Project Directors are industry professionals who provide leadership to the
Project Team. As champion of project collaboration, the project director
provides guidance through recommended design improvements, construction
techniques, and schedules, while seeking construction economies for all
projects. Monitoring cost and progress information, the project director ensures
the owner's best interests are served. Project Directors bring continuity and
process efficiencies to the projects, and are involved for the duration of the
pre-construction activities through project closeout, attending
project/owner-architect meetings. |

Project Manager
Project Managers are technical experts who provide day to day on site project
management. They are responsible for project execution and maintaining
continuous communication between the owner, design team, and trade contractors
to inform all project members of project status, issues, schedule impacts, and
cost changes. Through precise direction and verifying contract compliance by
trade contractors, Project Managers ensure the Owner’s highest expectations are
met. The Project Manager uses their acquired professional training, technical
expertise, and superb organizational skills to coordinate the construction
efforts, predict and resolve conflicts before they impact the project, and
deliver timely and cost effective solutions. The Project Manager works under the
direction of the Project Director. |

Project Engineer
Project Engineers are technical staff who manage small scale projects or assist
project managers in the performance of their duties on larger, complex jobs.
They are proficient in scheduling, trade work coordination, safety compliance,
and researching cost issues. Project Managers provide continuous support and
assistance to the Project Engineer and typically assign them quality assurance
duties. |

Project Coordinators are contract and budget specialists providing assistance to
the project team. Working under the direction of the Project Director, they
ensure tracking and expediting of all required and relevant project
documentation. Project Coordinators are responsible for coordinating efforts
from both the corporate and field offices with the other team members, which
include the Owner’s representative and the Architect. Project coordinators work
under the direction of the Project Director and Project Manager. |

Safety Director
The Safety Director is a corporate director and industry specialist responsible
for the management of our behavior-based safety program and processes.
Coordinating with project partners, the safety director maintains and promotes
programs and policies which seek to shape behaviors towards safety focused
outcomes in the performance of construction activities. The primary focus is on
pre-planning and complete coordination. In addition, the safety director assists
the Project Managers through the conduct of safety audits and inspections,
accident investigations, and providing internal safety training and awareness. |

costing. They perform constructability analysis, logistics planning, preliminary
scheduling, and assist in market research and procurement strategies. Further,
they maintain connections through various professional organizations for
industry trending and awareness of new market products and processes. During the
budgeting process, they calculate detailed takeoffs and controlled hard costs
for competitively bid and construction managed projects. Estimators directly
assist the Project Directors and Project Managers in analyzing bid comparisons
for awarding of contracts and contract negotiations. |
