The CSM Group Safety Program is designed to create awareness and plan for the safest possible workplace. Specific training and orientation guidelines are provided to each contractor, vendor and supplier. This program ensures on-site safety and reduces preventable safety-related occurrences, resulting in a timely and efficient construction project. The Behavior-Based Safety Plan was branded and developed with members of the Western Michigan University Psychology Department. BBS processes apply intervention strategies to improve the actions of others, based on an understanding of what they do and why they do it. All BBS processes and procedures are outlined in every CSM Group project manual and training is included in our bidding strategy.
