CSM Group is currently managing the Construction of 3 individual projects at Andrews University in Berrien Springs, MI. The project consist of a new residence hall named Burman Hall, a new Undergraduate Learning Center to be named Buller Hall, and a 2 story renovation to Nethery Hall to be interconnected with the new Undergraduate Learning Center.

Burman Hall, will be a new 38,000 sf, 5 story, 94 bed, resident hall which offers private and shared suites, some having kitchen facilities and private laundries. Due to site and space limitations the new building consumes most of the workable space on the construction site and the entrances and utilities of the adjoining building are to be maintained in working condition for the duration of the construction project.

Buller Hall is a new 2 story 40,000sf Undergraduate Learning Center with a structural steel frame, brick veneer, arched windows, and limestone accents. The exterior is designed to match the collegiate gothic façade of the adjacent Nethery Hall where the 2 buildings will be joined by a bridge. These two buildings are designed to encourage collaborative learning with open lobbies and areas of gathering to extend the social learning environment.

Renovations and infrastructure updates in Nethery Hall, a 70-year old, 26,000 sf building, are currently underway.
