CSM Internship Programs
CSM Internships:
The CSM Internship Program offers paid field and office experience for sophmores, juniors and seniors pursuing careers in Civil Engineering, Construction Management and Occupational Health, Safety and Environment. We have also offered internships in business support functions such as:
- Accounting
- Business Development and Marketing (Apply Here)
- Information Technology
- General Office Administration
The practical experience our interns gain helps them better understand classroom theories and information and how to apply them to real workplace situations. Interns benefit from valuable on the job experience. To participate, you must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university.

Kalamazoo Public Schools Internship Program (Apply Here)
CSM Group has participated in a construction management internship program with the Kalamazoo Public Schools for 5 years. This program is very instrumental in educating youth about construction management and trade skills.
These paid internships are available to students who currently attend or have graduacted from a Kalamazoo Public School and are at least 18 years or age.

Monroe–Brown Internship Program (Apply Here)
CSM Group has participated in the Monroe–Brown scholarship program since its inception in 2007 and has given scholarships to five individuals. Those individuals received hands-on learning experience necessary for successful careers. Furthermore, this program has been such a success, three students were hired by CSM as full-time employees since their graduations.
This program provides high quality paid internships with valuable networking opportunities and at least $6,000 in scholarship funding to all student participants. The program is open to in-coming juniors, seniors and graduate students at Kalamazoo College, Western Michigan University, Michigan State University, University of Michigan and second year students at Kalamazoo Valley Community College. Students attending MSU and University of Michigan must have attended high school in the greater Kalamazoo area.
